New Jersey is great

I am thinking about changing the topic of my final project from all things Vegetarian to either gardening - which I love but don't get to do much because I am an apt dweller or to New Jersey. I want to highlight all the great things about the Garden State. I'm a Jersey Girl (aside from being born in Philly) I was raised in South Jersey and went to school in Jersey. And I know Jersey is an easy target - people are confused by circles and jug handles, etc. But there are a lot of really great things about New Jersey. So I am debating between those three topics.

I live in New Jersey, but I came from another country. I am just curious what you mean by "people are confused by circles and jug handles".

Well circles I think are pretty unique to Jersey (well I can't say for 100% certainty, I've done no research or anything). Have you ever seen the movie European Vacation? Where they keep going around and around ("Look kids Big Ben, Parliament") well that is a good illustration of a circle - although Jersey's aren't quite that bad. If you've ever driven in Marlton by Olga's Diner that used to be a pretty famous circle and also one that they cut up (put up traffic lights) to make less confusing. Basically what you do is enter the circle (literally you drive around and around) until you come to your exit and then you exit. As you can see my explanation of circles was very verbose - I am not going to bore you with a long dissertation on jug handles except to say - believe if you come across one you will know it.
